Ingredients
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup strawberries, hulled
• 1 small carrot, peeled
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1 small apple, cored
• 1/2 lemon, peeled
• 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
• 1 cup coconut water (Try this one!)
Instructions
1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
2. Chop the carrot, cucumber, and apple into smaller pieces for easy juicing.
3. Add all ingredients to a juicer and extract the juice.
4. Stir well and serve immediately over ice.
5. If using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, then strain using a fine mesh strainer (Get one here!) for a smoother texture.
