Instructions

1. Prepare the Asparagus:Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepperon a baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutesuntil tender.

2. Make the Mashed Cauliflower:Steam cauliflower floretsuntil soft, about 10 minutes. Blend with almond milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepperuntil smooth.

3. Cook the Steak:Heat olive oilin a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes per sidefor medium-rare (or longer for desired doneness).
